First and foremost – thanks to all our friends new & old who packed the floor @ McFaddens on the 14^th making it one of the best evenings out for us. It was fantastic feeling your energy and look very forward to maintain that with all of you as we continue to grow the the spring & summer.

By all accounts it’s looking to be a banner month for us – and we look forward to performing in front of new faces thru the month. We head back into full gear with shows at The Ashfield Lakehouse on May 4^th, Crossroads in Palmer on May 12^th, and finalizing the month with the opening set of the 5^th Annual “Rockin’ BBQ For The Troops”  on May 19^th @ the American Legion in Holyoke, Ma where we will be performing with some of the valley’s best musical talent including “Barely Legal” & “Disorderly Conduct”.

Following this whirlwind three weeks – we will be taking a short break from performing, but not from work as we are adding several new songs to our set lists including the first of some original tracks that are sure to make an impact. These originals are to include a song entitled “Kalonni” that truly highlights the abilities of each band member with it’s unique arrangement sure to be a crowd favorite. Also in work – covers from Pink, a second track by Adele, and a cover of one of the last recorded efforts by the beloved Johny Cash.

~Beyond Repair~

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances,  “Two Of Us” will be unable to join in performing at this year’s  5′th annual “Rockin’ Benefit for the Troops”.  Due to this, local favorites “Bad Habit” will be performing in their slot, and we look forward to the honor of playing with them and the rest of these superb acts.

The Benefit  will be held May 19′th @ American Legion Post 325 in Holyoke, Ma with all proceeds of this event  used to provide care packages to local Servicemen & Women currently serving our country in harm’s way, as well as other Local Veteran related charities and functions.

We look very forward to seeing friends & family out for this all-day event.

Thanks to all for a fantastic evening @ McFadden’s Pub over the weekend.  Was very rewarding to have a full house & dance floor right from the first note – which drove us very close to exhaustion by the end of the evening.  We have already been approached for summer & fall dates at McFaddens – and will update you as soon as they become available to us.

In the past weeks – we have also started initial production on two original tracks, with perhaps two more to follow for release sometime late summer/early fall , as well as catching up on rehearsal schedules after a breakneck pace thru February and  March.

Beyond Repair @ The Ashfield Lake House May 4th

Up next – A short road jaunt to The Ashfield Lake House (Ashfield, Ma)  May 4th for our first performance In Franklin County.   We would love to have a good photographic record of this show – and that being the case, If you conceder yourself a great photog, and are used to working in low light& shooting from low & high angles, please let us know…. Might be a decent bar tab in it for you!

It’s been extremely nice to have a couple of weeks to recuperate from the last month, but we are all looking forward to getting back to work this week with a rehearsal tomorrow and show @ McFaddens next weekend.

We are also very pleased with the way our live sound has come to life over the last month after a ton of research, and some guidance from Todd Gallant. We also want want to send props to Seismic Audio for the development of our new subwoffer.  It’s a great investment and unbelievable how much it has done to round out our live sound.

We are looking very forward to seeing all of you next weekend in Williamsburg, where we are planning a few surprises and perhaps a guest or two on stage. Should make for a great evening.

Wow! It’s been a great but busy month back, capped off with last weekends small but enthusiastic show Whiskerz Pub last weekend where we had a blast with some friends on stage for vocals.

Wow! It’s been a super busy month after returning from a long winter break starting with a great show @ The Skybox, and then on to The Southwick Inn where we had some technical issues that did dampen our performance as we were breaking in our new sub-woofer. Glad that we have that out of the way as the sound is much fuller now!

Coming this weekend – we head north of the Springfield Metro to Whiskerz Pub in beautiful Easthampton, Ma Saturday 3.24 for what looks like the true beginning of spring.  With a warm evening,  (forecasted  to be in the high 70′s) it looks like it’s going to be a fantastic weekend to get out and party with Beyond Repair  and have a few cold brews to cool off with after a day of yardwork.

Had a great night @ The Skybox with a great crowd including lots of family & friends. To be honest – we were all surprised with our draw (especially after 11:30) considering we were competing with “Shovelhead” right up the road….

Dates are filling up for the summer with Shows in Southbridge, Palmer, Agawam & Simsbury, Ct as well as next week’s gig for St. Patty’s day weekend @ The Southwick Inn. Looking forward to seeing a ton of folks wearing the Green as we bring  in the Irish holiday @ midnight!
